Meet the Owner! I’m Ilaina Collins, a Wife and Mother of two beautiful little girls, Nina Isabella & Nya Elise. Wanting to incorporate the love of my girls into my new business is how Bella Elise Events was born! My background includes 15+ years in Accounting for various Nonprofit Organizations, but I have always wanted to express my creativity through decorating parties and celebrations as more than just a hobby, it is my passion!
